TechScape is in its second generation of ownership with Kevin C. Winner, Certified Landscape Professional (CLP), serving as President. With over twelve years of experience in the professional landscape industry, Kevin is responsible for the company's leadership direction and commitment to high-quality products and services. Kevin oversees the daily operations of TechScape and is responsible for developing and managing our team of professionals. He is committed to building a company that is dedicated to serving its customers.
Kevin received a BS in Business Management from Colorado State University. While attending CSU, he focused his studies on operational efficiencies, continuous improvement and the development of Human Capital. In addition, Kevin earned his MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. While in the Executive program, he was able to draw on the knowledge and experience of prominent business leaders to improve the company and ensure the long-term success of the TechScape legacy.
He has been actively involved in the Green Industry for over forty-five years. Wayne has served as the Dallas Chapter president of the Texas Association of Landscape Contractors (TALC), and Treasurer and Vice Chairman of the RISE (Responsible Industry for a Sound Environment) Board. Wayne holds a BS in Agronomy and an MS in Horticulture from Rutgers University.
Wayne is passionate about the core values upon which the company was founded, and he serves as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. In addition, he invests his time in the analysis and improvement of the company’s policies and long-term strategy.
Tim Meyer, General Manager, manages and leads our team of professionals on a daily basis. Tim has been committed to the Green industry for over twenty five years and has earned several awards of distinction. He has been involved in all facets of the landscape process with special attention being given to high end properties and customer service. Tim earned his BS in Horticulture from Kansas State University and he has been involved in numerous programs focused on continuing education and training.
George Elking, CLT, Senior Account Manager, oversees special projects and manages several of our specialty commercial properties. George has been with TechScape for over twenty years. George is a Certified Landscape Technician, a Certified Pesticide Applicator (license #242243), and has attended numerous technical seminars and landscape industry conventions.
George is one of a select few who have earned the prestigious Decade Award from the industry’s most respected organization (Planet). In addition, under his leadership and meticulous attention to detail, TechScape has been awarded numerous Environmental Improvement Grand Awards from both state and national organizations.
Lake Wilcoxson, Specialty Commercial Account Manager, brings to TechScape his years of experience in the golf course industry, specializing in Turf Grass Management and Sports Field Management. Lake also worked previously with a well-established landscape firm in Dallas managing commercial accounts. Lake studied Turf Grass Management at Tarleton State University, and is a Licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator (0438345).
Lake is responsible for managing some of Dallas’ most recognized private school and church campuses. His skills and expertise serve our clients’ best interests, as he works diligently to make a dynamic impact on their properties while carefully stewarding their financial resources. Lake also invests his time in developing opportunities and relationships for TechScape’s future.
Bram Franklin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the TechScape team. His primary focus is on designing, developing and maintaining beautiful gardens for our clients and their guests to enjoy. Bram works very closely with the crews to ensure the highest level of quality is delivered each and every time.
Bram has been in the green industry for 36 years, starting out in greenhouse work in 1974. Educated in Landscape Architecture and Botany he has been passionate about landscape design/build and the proper maintenance of well designed gardens since 1983. His expertise in the landscape has been in construction, plant materials, soils, plant pathology, and drainage. Bram has also been a commercial grower, a licensed irrigator and has designed greenhouse systems. Quality has been a beacon in his work.
Randy Powell, Irrigation Manager, oversees the quality and development of the irrigation department. Randy has over forty years of experience in the Green Industry. He has earned his Irrigators License (LI 6480) and his Backflow License (3154). He is also a Certified Water Auditor and Certified Nurseryman.
Randy is active in the industry, and constantly helps TechScape improve our environmental awareness through his expertise in water conservation. He studied Business Management in college and he owned and operated his own business for over thirty years.
Linda Calvert, Office and Customer Service Manager, understands the needs and expectations of our clients, and responds promptly and efficiently to their concerns and ideas. Linda has been with TechScape for over twenty-two years, and has been instrumental in the growth and success of our company by continuing to create and implement new and innovative ideas.
